KUCCPS Last Minute Changes On Application Of TVET Courses.

Important clarification regarding changes to application fees for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) courses has been released by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS).

According to a statement released on Thursday, the placement authority stressed how crucial it is to submit applications using just the official KUCCPS account number.

The placement agency simply stressed the need to use the supplied account number for TVET application payments while making these modifications; it did not provide an explanation for the requirement.

A portion of the statement said, “To submit your TVET application, please use the account number you have provided for payment.”

Kuccps has begun applications for TVET courses, which are intended for students who passed the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination between 2000 and 2022.

According to Kuccps, the new submission date is scheduled for January 2024 in order to streamline the placement process into many schools.

The service also disclosed that 494,317 children are qualified to enroll in Technical and Vocational Education and Training programs if they received a D+ or lower on their 2023 KCSE exams.
